Residents’ Committee
Copies of rules and regulations of the Residents’ Committee are available. Monthly dues are expected to be in the range of $0.03/m2for an un-built site, with an additional $0.10/m2 of total built space. The monthly dues will include project security, water, and common area maintenance.

Directions
From Panama City, take the Interamerican Highway to the 97 km Marker. Turn right on the road to El Valle for 8 km. Turn left at the small school in Copecito. Go 300 meters and the project is on the left-hand side. Use the first entrance with the guard house.
This is a great location with fantastic views and summer breezes; close to beaches and mountains and only 1.5 hours from downtown Panama!
